My days at Chocolate school

Because I really love chocolate and crazy about it, I always want to study it more and more. Reading and making all the thing following the book is alright but it will be great to have someone with an experience to teach you.

My Birthday Trip Lampang- Chiang Rai

It's a long time ago, since I had a trip with my family members. This time, I went to Lampang- Chiang Rai  with my brother, mom, dad and niece. Last Friday was my birthday, so I called it my brithday trip, haha.
We started very early in the morning because we had a plan that we went to Lampang first before going to Chiang-rai .

Important Change in my blog

I got a notice about the copyright of the recipes that I used in my blog, the publisher told me that even I made a change or any adaptation, it's still their recipe, and I have no right to use them.
To prevent future legal problem, I will stop putting the credit for the books that I use.
I have to say that I'm really sorry about this because each time that I write about the book and the recipe I write with respect and I always tell my readers to buy the books, and there are many people who bought the books after reading my review of the recipe in my blog.
But don't worry I won't stop posting, it's one of the happiest thing that I ever done, hehe.
As I said, if any publisher don't mind about my review of the recipe and the books, please inform me, I will put the credit on each recipe that I use ^^.

PS. If you want to know about the book that I use, pleas write me an e-mail I will be happy to inform you.

New Year of the two of us: My gifts of Love!

I got a question from my friends, "What will you do for New year?". Actually I rarely do anything special, being with the people that you love everyday means everyday is special for me ^^.

Revisiting my Blog: Gâteau Moka – Pâtisserie Style Coffee Buttercream Cake

Time won't stop, and we have to keep on going. I loves that feeling, each day there are a lot of interesting things that I want to try. But we can't see the future if we don't know the past ^^. I miss the recipes that I had made, many of them  still excite me, and I want to do it again.

Cup of Love: Happy Valentine’s Day

Ok, don’t blame me for the love that I have for Starbucks. The last time that I went to the shop, I got these cups, The Cups of Love: these little cups come with milk chocolate, to remind me that Valentine’s Day is coming. The little cup will be great for espresso, imagine two happy people with a good coffee in the morning (ok, I’m dreaming). So, let me give this picture to you to say that “Happy Valentine’s Day”.

Home Made Cultured Butter

I made it for 5 times now, since I read about it from The Traveler's Lunchbox , this is the first time that I show you. Cultured Butter is a butter that has a slightly tangy taste due to the fermentation; some say it has a cheesy taste. Making cultured butter is bit fun, as you will see the transformation of heavy cream to butter, that usually a no-no when whipping the cream, the taste is good plus you can control the salt in your butter and you will get fresh buttermilk to use in making other sweet too. It’s so easy to do at home, the only precaution is the temperature, that has to be in control (not too low or too high). I find the home made butter melt more quickly than the purchased one, and it’s good to use with toasted bread (I use in when making sandwich and it’s delicious).

I have a suggestion for anyone who wants to make it; you should use the plain yoghurt that you like to eat, because the flavor of it will be in the butter too. Start making today and you may want to make it again and again (like me).

Chocolate Hamper

I know it’s not Valentine’s Day yet but I received a lovely chocolate hamper from my Dearest, I don’t know what he think but I love it anyway. I always spend a lot of time in the chocolate section of the supermarket (anywhere in the world, the fact is I really like supermarket, I can spend a day, I know it’s crazy but I’m so exciting about the food around me). Chocolate is a comfort food for me, I like real chocolate with the high percentage of cocoa mass and it’s good to see it can be found more easily almost in any supermarket. But there a time that I want a sweet chocolate, a children’s favorite, like M&M, KitKat, and Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Kiss so I’m very glad when I see this hamper, because it contains both of my favorite, the dark chocolate and sweet chocolate.

Let me talk about the item in the hamper.

First: Mr. M&M

Lovely and Always smiling, both of them promise not to melt in your hand.

Second: KitKat Bites

Have a break, no you don’t have to break, and they come in a little bite you just pop in your mouth when you want.

Third: Hershey’s Sticks

A stick a day keeps doctor away.

Forth: Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Big Kiss

This kiss is not last long, may be I need a bigger one.

Fifth: Hershey’s Pot of Gold

There are a lot of gold hidden in brown chocolate.

Sixth: Lindt Lindor Cornet Dark 60%

My Favorite, the dark chocolate and smooth filling is so good together, I think 3 pieces is not enough (and while I’m writing this they’re gone.)

Seventh: Hawaiian Host Dark Chocolate

Macadamias and dark chocolate, what a good combination, I never go to Hawaii before but if it’s taste like this, I really want to go there.

Eighth: Guylian Chocolate Sea Shells

You don’t have to go to the sea to get the sea shell, you can eat it too.

Nineth: Guylian La Trufflina

These truffle can be a good finish for this hamper, and I will finish writing and start having a good chocolate week from now.
