Banana White Chocolate Blondie: My Sweet and delicious Blonie

Banana is one of the fruits that I love, sweet and soft, ^^ and it can be use in many recipes.

This time banana comes together with white chocolate, and turn themselves into lovely and delicious Blondie. But this Blondie is not only sweet, because the taste of the chocolate chips and walnut help keeping the sweetness down.
Baking with banana is easy, but the most important point is you need very ripe banana, the blacker the better. Under ripe banana is not sweet as the ripe one (when ripe, the flour in the banana turn into sugar). Mash them real fine will make the texture of the Blondie better, (you can puree them in the food processor too).
I think this kind of Blondie need a big cup of milk to accompany it, if you don't believe me, well start making it, and taste, I'm sure you will agree with me.
