I think fried food is always delicious ^^.
And for this recipe, you don't need an oven for baking it!!!
If you afraid of making bread, and think that kneading is hard, I think you should this recipe. Actually, after a bit of kneading (you don't need to knead until it passes the windowpane test), and let the dough rest, the gluten will continue working. Because this bread is cooked by frying, so the hot oil will make the bread puff up so you will get delicious bread easier too.
My family really loves to eat it while it's still warm but don't worry you can reheat it in a toaster to bring it back to life before serving too.
Fried cheese bread
Makes 10 pieces
Bread
200 g ................... Bread Flour
14 g ...................... Milk powder
2 g ........................ Instant yeast (2/3 tsp)
20 g ...................... Granulated sugar
3 g ........................ Salt
150 g ..................... Water
30 g ...................... King Rice bran oil shortening
Filling
230 g .................... Potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces (net weight)
30 ml .................... Milk
50 g ...................... Grated Parmesan Cheese
.............................. Salt and pepper
80-100g ............... Mozzarella cheese
For frying
............................... Bread crumbs
1 ............................ Egg, beaten
.............................. Oil, for frying
Put the bread flour, milk powder, sugar, and instant yeast into a bowl.
Whisk to combine.
Add the salt and whisk to combine.
Pour the water into the bowl, and mix with a spatula.
Mix until fully combined.
Put the shortening into the dough.
Brush a bowl with shortening and put the dough into the bowl.
Cover and let it rises for 1 hour.Put in the microwave for 6 minutes (at 600w)
Mash the potato.
Divide into 10 pieces, and let it cool completely.
Cut it into 10 equal pieces, and roll each piece into a ball.
When the dough is ready.

Press the dough with your hands (about 9 cm.)
Place the mashed potato and Mozzarella cheese over the dough.
Wrap and pinch to seal the filling
