Well, you may see from my page, I work for some brands (Thank you all my readers, because of you I can earn some pocket money from creating menu and taking photographs. Anyway, most of the money that I earn goes to cookbooks, haha), it's fun to create new recipes but sometimes, I just want to enjoy baking as a hobby, not as a job.
So after being so busy, I stop doing anything for 3 days, just spending my time reading, and reading, until I wanted to bake again.
And this cookie is the result, ^^. Very delicious (in my opinion, hehe), easy to make, and can be prepared ahead of time, it's the kind of recipe that I really love to have.
Using the green tea cookie dough as a base, you can add other kinds of filling, dried fruits or different kinds of chocolate are great choices too.
Try to chop the nut and chocolate into small pieces (mine was too large), and press the dough firmly when forming the dough into a log shape, otherwise, the filling will not stick to
the cookie dough.
