Matcha Gateau chocolate

Moist and very rich, if you love white chocolate and Matcha, I think you really have to try this.

I made this cake once when my sister came, as I told her to buy me green tea powder (Matcha) when she went to Kyoto, so I wanted to make something "green tea delicious" for her.

You can see from the recipe that, this recipe has a very small amount of flour, the cake will set from the egg and chocolate, rather than the flour. So you can imagine how rich this cake will be by now, hehe. Because the flavor of this cake comes from white chocolate and green tea, so use the one that you love, and you will be happy with the result.
This cake is not hard to make, but the most important point that you have to remember is "don't over-bake it", or it will be dry.
I make it many times (by now), and make a bigger and bigger size if you want to know why I love it so much, please try making (and eating) it, and you will understand why!!!!
