Crème Brûlée

 Super creamy and super easy dessert!!!


After so many cookie recipes, I think we should go for something else, haha. Well when I feel tired, a cookie is the first thing that I think about, as it easy to make and to eat. But there are so many recipes that easy and make me happy too. Easy to make dessert is great when your life is busy, as cooking should make you feel great not exhausted.
Crème Brûlée is comfort food that I really love, ^^. The main ingredients for Crème Brûlée are cream, egg yolk, and sugar, which turn into smooth and creamy dessert just by mixing and baking in a low-temperature oven.
You can bake it longer for firmer Crème Brûlée but for me I love it to be runny that contrast to the crunchiness of the burnt sugar.
Serve it with a cup of coffee, and enjoy the comforting moments!

Crème Brûlée
Makes 4 (150-170ml cup)




4 ..................... Egg yolks
........................ Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp ............ Vanilla extract
45 g ................. Granulated sugar
300 g ............... Whipping cream
100 g ................ Milk
.......................... Granulated sugar, for sprinkle over the top






Preheat an oven to 130℃.


 Put egg yolks, vanilla, salt, and sugar into a bowl, whisk to combine.


 Pour the whipping cream and milk into the bowl, whisk to combine.


 Pass through a sieve.


 And pour into 4 (150-170 ml capacity cup).
Place the cups in a large baking pan.


 Pour hot water into the large pan.


 Bake for 60 minutes.


 Let them cool completely, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.


 Sprinkle granulated sugar over the top.


And burn the sugar with a blow torch before serving.
