You don't need to stand in front of the stove to cook the rice, just put all the ingredients into a bowl of a rice cooker, that's all!!!
For the amount of the water that you need for the recipe, it depends on your liking too, if you want your rice to be very soft, just use more water. You can adjust the amount of the whipping cream too, just use more of it for creamier, and richer risotto.

Bacon Cheese Risotto
Serves 3-4 people
340 g (360ml) ............... Thai jasmine rice
60 g ................................ Onion, chopped
100 g .............................. Bacon, cut into pieces
2 tbsp ............................. Olive oil
1/2 tsp ............................ Salt
1/4 tsp ............................ Pepper
1-2 .................................. Bay leaves
500-520 ml .................... Water
3 tbsp ............................. White wine (Or water)
200 g .............................. Whipping cream
50 g ................................ Parmesan Cheese, grated
For serving
........................................ Parmesan Cheese, grated
....................................... Parsley, chopped
I use Thai Jasmine rice.
Put rice, onion, bacon, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a bowl of a rice cooker.
Mix to cover the rice with oil.
Put bay leaves into the bowl, pour water, and white wine into the bowl.
Use standard cook mode to cook the rice.
When the rice is cooked, mix whipping cream and grated Parmesan Cheese into the rice.
Spoon onto a serving dish, sprinkle grated Parmesan Cheese and parsley over the risotto before serving.
