Strawberry Milk Pudding: Easy, lovely pudding

Making lovely and delicious dessert doesn't mean that you have to spend too much time and effort in the kitchen.

I believe that it's the matter of the taste and decoration ^^. This month I got Mitte Strawberry flavoured syrup and I want to turn it into easy but dressy dessert. Because the Mitte Strawberry flavoured syrup has a lot of strawberry aroma, so you don't have to add more strawberry into the pudding (great, isn't it?). If you love strawberry flavoured milk, I'm sure you will love this pudding. It's lightly sweet and rich (from the whipping cream) with soft texture. When making gelatin dessert, remember that you need to bloom the gelatin in cold water before using the gelatin, iced cool water is recommended, because the gelatin sheet will stay in sheet form, not too soft or melt into the water. Squeeze the sheets lightly to remove excess water before put it in the hot liquid so you don't add more water than you need.
Because it's easy and you can prepare it ahead of time, it's good for serving at a party too. Or making it for yourself (you can make half of the recipe, ^^), keep this cool and delicious dessert in the fridge to enjoy it any time that you want, hehe.

Bloom the gelatin sheets in a bowl of iced cool water for at least 5 minutes.
Put the whipping cream into microwavable bowl. Put the milk and sweetened condensed milk in whipping cream bowl, stir to combine.
Heat the whipping cream mixture in the microwave for 2.50 minutes (600w), or until almost boil.
Remove the whipping cream mixture from the microwave, remove the softened gelatin sheets from the water, squeeze the water out and put in the whipping cream bowl, stir until melt.
Pour the Mitte Strawberry flavoured syrup into the whipping cream and stir to combine.
Let the whipping cream mixture cool to room temperature then, pour into the glass.
Refrigerate for 4 hours (or overnight) until fully set.

Before serving: Whip the whipping cream with icing sugar, pipe the whipped cream over the pudding and decorate with fresh strawberries.

  2. Hi, I don't have gelatine sheet, can I just use normal gelatine granules? How do I tweak it?
