I can't remember the last time that I posted a cookie recipe, it's a long time ago, haha.

I can't remember how many financier recipes I posted on my blog, haha.

One thing that I like about baking is I can use my imagination to create something I want to eat.

There is a kind of cake that's called toffee cake in Thailand.

Last week, I was very busy.

I had a lot of orders from my mom's friend ^^, and it's fun to make them.

Because the weather is hot, I have made a lot of ice cream lately. Each time that I made it I will have a lot of egg whites in the fridge.

For some people, choux pastry is nothing special, or a bit boring, but I think there are a lot of change lately.
