Like I always say I don't like to stay still haha, spending my day in bed is not my choice. So, when I feel better, the first thing is getting into the kitchen. I have to eat something delicious, but I don't want to push myself too much, making something easy will be great (or you can say that I always love easy cooking ^^).
For this recipe you need only 7 minutes, and you get delicious and hearty meal. If you're very hungry this recipe is for 1 person, but if not it can serve 2 people. Put the cooked rice in a bowl while you cook the chicken, I can't tell you how many minutes you need for cooking the egg, it depends on how you like it ^^.

It`s always a pleasure to cook your recipes and to read your blog. I don`t know, how many of your recipes I cooked already, but all of them are delicious, much more genuine than recipes from my asian cookbooks and easy to made. Sometimes I have to look in onlinshops, to get the ingredients and often, I buy much more than I need ;-) So, it`s my daily pleasure, to visit your blog - thanks a lot
