Hamburger with Red wine Shimeji sauce and Garlic butter fried rice

Today, I really want to get into the kitchen ^^. Well, yesterday I had a fever and had to rest all day, it made me feel bad.
I like to do all the things all the time, haha, so after feeling better the first thing is I want to cook. (ok, I didn't sleep while resting, I spent all day browsing through cook books, and that made me want to get better quickly). This recipe is very easy to make and it's a complete meal. It will be easier if you make the hamburger ahead of time (and fry them when ready to eat). 
I love cooking more and more ^^ and hope you love it too, don't put stress on yourself, cook the way you want, cook what you want eat, as long as you happy with it, there is nothing wrong. 


 Hamburger with Red wine Shimeji sauce and Garlic butter fried rice
Serve  2


Hamburger
1tsp ..................... Olive oil
1/4 ...................... Onion, finely chopped
3tbsp ................... Dry bread crumbs
2tbsp ................... Milk
250g .................... Minced meat 
1 ........................... Egg
.............................. Salt, pepper for seasoning

1tbsp .................... Butter, for frying the Hamburger

Red wine Shimeji sauce
1tsp ...................... Butter
150g ..................... Shimeji mushroom, cut the root out
400ml .................. Water
Seasoning
-4tbsp ................... Ketchup
-3tbsp ................... Worcestershire sauce
-2tbsp ................... Red wine
-1tbsp .................... Mirin
-1/2tsp .................. Chicken soup powder
-1/4tsp ................. Granulated sugar

Garlic butter fried rice
1tbsp ..................... Butter
2 cloves ................ Garlic, finely sliced
2 cups ................... Cooked rice
............................... Salt, for seasoning

For serving
2 ............................ Boiled eggs
............................... Salad leaves 

Make the Hamburger:
Put the olive oil in the pan over low heat, pour the chopped onion into the pan, stir fry until soften and golden. Remove the onion from the heat and pour into a bowl, let it cool.
After the onion cool, mix the rest of the ingredients except the butter for the hamburger together and mix until combine. Divide into 2 portion, shape each portion with your hands into a patty. Place the patties onto a tray lined with- greaseproof paper. 

Make the Red wine Shimeji sauce:
Mix all the seasoning ingredients together.
Put the butter in the pan over medium heat, then put the Shimeji into the pan, stir fry until soften. Pour the water and the seasoning into the pan, lower the heat and let the mixture simmering.
Meanwhile, put another pan over medium heat, put the butter in the pan, cook the patties for about 3 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through, then cover the pan for 2 minutes. Pour all the sauce over the patties, lower the heat and let the sauce boil until reduce by half. 
When the hamburgers boil, make the Garlic butter fried rice
Put the butter in the pan over medium heat, put the garlic into the pan, fry until garlic turn golden, put the cooked rice into the pan, Stir-fry for a few minutes, using chopsticks or a wooden spoon to break it apart. Seasoning with salt, then remove from the heat.

For serving:
Place the Garlic butter fried rice on the plate, with Hamburger on the other side and cover the hamburger with more sauce. Serve with boiled egg and salad leaves.
