 There are many recipes for roll cake that you can find, sponge, genoise, souffle or chiffon. The key for making good roll cake for me is softness. No one like dry cake and dry cake make rolling it harder too ^^.

I love the idea of making Bento, ^^, well it's great to have home made delicious lunch when going out. I don't go out a lot, (I'm love to stay home, and bury myself in the kitchen or under the pile of book, haha). But it doesn't stop me from making Bento for myself.
