Edamame cheese Bread

Boiled edamame is very easy to make at home.

Last week we bought 2 kilos of fresh edamame, my family enjoyed eating it so much, anyway, we couldn't finish all of them, haha.
So I thought about turning it into something more delicious

I remembered edamame bread that my brother bought from the bakery and I got the idea.

But only the edamame can be boring, so I put cheese and smoked paprika into the bread (paprika adds more color to the bread too).

This bread is light and fluffy, as we mix bread flour and cake flour together and by letting the dough rise to the limit.
And because of this, we need a pan to support the bread so it will stay in shape after baking.

I use an English muffin pan (a pan with lit) but you can use cake rings and 2 sheet pans for baking English muffins too.
Place a piece of baking paper over a sheet pan, place cake rings over it. Before baking place another sheet pan on top it will be a lid.
You can roll the bread into and place it on the baking sheet too but your bread will shrink slightly after baking.
