Brown Rice with Silken Tofu

Personally, I really love brown rice.

Well, not because it's good for your health as it's packed with vitamins and fiber. But I like its texture and nutty flavor ^^,

When I was young (-*- I use this sentence a lot lately, does it mean I become old!!!!) cooking brown rice was more complicated, as we needed to soak the rice before cooking (anyway, if you use a microwave oven for cooking brown rice you will need to soak it too). Right now, most of the new model of a rice cooker makes our life easier, just put the right amount of the water and press the switch, that's all you have to do to get deliciously soft brown rice.

Using a rice cooker for making a one-dish meal is very convenient, the only part that you have to put your hand on is stir-frying the ginger, tofu, and pork. After pouring all the ingredients into the rice cooker, you don't have to do anything more.

Not only this recipe is easy to make but also full of good things for your health too.
