One of the thing that I bought was a load of bread flour, haha. Not that I think that it will be out of stock, but my family eat bread almost every day, so it's better to have it on hand.
Right now I think that it's good that we can bake bread by ourself, as we don't have to go out to buy it too. Just having bread flour, we can bake many kinds of bread and we also know what we put into our bread too.
Today is one of my favourite bread, flossy pork and chilli paste Buns.
Many of Thai people love to spread chilli paste over a sandwich bread and some (including me) love to sprinkle flossy pork over it to make it more delicious.
With this easy to knead bread, you can spread many chilli pastes, sprinkle a lot of flossy pork over the dough, turn it into your original flossy pork and chilli paste Buns!!!
For the chilli paste, I use medium-hot in this recipe, but if you love your buns to be hotter ^^, it's up to you.
If you ask me what it will taste like, it's a combination of spicy taste from the chilli paste that goes very, very well with the sweet and salty taste from the flossy pork.
Using Rice bran oil shortening for this bread makes the texture of the crumb soft but the crust of the bread will be a bit crunchy
This bread is very easy to make, and with a slightly sweet taste, you can change the filling to suit your taste too.
Kneading bread is a good way to reduce stress and yes, you get delicious bread to enjoy and make you happier after that too!!!
