生チョコ: Nama choco (Darkest version)

There are many recipes for 生チョコ (Nama choco), and I can't help but try many recipes as much as I can, hehe.

The ratio of cream to chocolate or a different percentage of chocolate can make the result different. This time is a very simple and straight forward recipe, that uses only 4 ingredients (or 3 if you don't use the Brandy). This recipe uses 70% dark chocolate with a small amount of whipping cream, so it can stay in shape better in hot weather.

With this kind of recipe, be sure to use the chocolate that you really love its taste ^^, as it will be the taste of the Nama choco too. Using liquor makes the Nama choco softer and more intoxicating, I use Brandy for my Nama choco, but you can use other kinds of liquor too.
