As it's my family's favorite, I make them so many times, and I have a lot of recipes for it. Oil, butter, vegan or etc. you can make it in many ways, and the good thing about the banana cake is most of the recipes are very easy to make.
A fully ripe banana is the key to making a delicious banana cake as it will be very sweet and moist, it's the best way to use the ripe banana that you just can't eat it fresh, ^^. This time is another easy banana cake, but not only the banana, but it's also good for chocolate lovers too.
I use 57% chocolate for this recipe, it gives the cake light chocolate cake, but if you want to use a higher percentage, you may have to reduce the baking time as the cake will be drier.
