You can eat it on its own but too much of it will be boring. Actually, I can't eat a lot of milk chocolate (it's delicious anyway), because after 2-3 pieces it will become too sweet, so mixing it with dark chocolate will make it easier to eat. As I have both kinds of dark and milk chocolate, making cookies is what I chose.
You can use any kind or any percentage of chocolate, milk, dark, white, 60%, 70%, etc. as long as you like it (or just because you have it, hehe). This recipe is very, very very easy to make, no need to use any fancy equipment (even the electronic hand mixer!), you can freeze the cookie dough (shape it, freeze it open, then put it in the bag) and keep it for 1 month, defrost at room temp for 2 -3 hours before baking.

Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Makes 12-13 pieces
150 g ....................... Melted unsalted butter
75 g ......................... Granulated sugar
75 g ......................... Brown sugar
................................. Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp ...................... Vanilla extract
1 ............................... Egg
200 g ......................... All-purpose flour
25 g ........................... Cornstarch
1/2 tsp ....................... Baking soda
200 g .......................... Chocolate chunks (dark, milk, or any kind that you like)
Put the melted butter, both kinds of sugar, salt, and vanilla into a bowl, and whisk to combine.
Put an egg into the bowl.
Whisk to combine.
Sift the flour and baking soda into the bowl.
Put the chocolate chunks into the bowl.
Fold to combine.
Scoop with 5.5 cm scoop onto a baking sheet.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, preheat an oven to 200℃.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet.
