Baking with kid: Maltesers Cookies

It's my niece holiday and it means she stays home almost everyday for 1 and a half month.

And we plays together ^^ . Ok, let me tell you the truth, all the family member always think that the age of my brain is not older than 10 years old kid, haha, when my sister buys a souvenir, she buy 2, one for my niece and one for me, -*-. The only difference is I can use knife and oven without any problem.
Because I love to be in my kitchen, my niece inherit some (well she is not as crazy as me) of my interest in baking and cooking. But this time she said that she wanted to bake something by herself. Well, baking is not hard as long as you weigh the ingredient right and follow the method and there are so many recipe that easy enough for children to make by themselves (Note that I still taking care of the oven for her).
Cookie is one of the easiest thing to make, esp. dropped cookie, and you don't need electronic hand mixer too, as beating the butter too much will make the cookie spread too much. In this recipe I choose my favourite chocolate candy Maltesers chocolate to put into the cookie but you can use other brand that you like. It's fun to watch my niece trying to do something new and yes, it's fun to eat the delicious cookie with her too ^^.
