If you can make bread, making pizza is not hard, as it's the same as making flat bread. The only thing that you need to think about is the texture of the pizza that you want. If you want thick (bread like) you can let the dough rise until double but for thin pizza it's another story.
This time is the order from my sister, she wanted to eat thin pizza (after eating at the Italian restaurant together last month ^^"). And yes, I'm always ready to accept it, haha. I choose Whole wheat flour to add more texture and taste to the dough, as it's not smooth, it cut the gluten in the dough and prevent the pizza to become too chewy. You can see from the recipe that this recipe contains very small amount of the yeast plus very short resting time. So the yeast is still working but only just enough to give the pizza thin layers of air and the pizza end up thin and crisp.
Because the dough is very thin, don't load the pizza with a lot of topping, or it will be soaking rather than crisp.
