Happy Cooking with LG SolarDom: Spaghetti meat sauce

Baking and cooking always make me happy, I love to try new recipes and new method for cooking too.

I know that we can cook many things in the microwave, esp. the one with water, because for some dishes cooking with microwave can dry it out. This time for my LG SolarDom menu of this month (I love using it ^^), I choose Spaghetti meat sauce. Making meat sauce in the microwave is very easy, you need only one bowl, put the ingredient into the bowl, heat in the microwave and you get meat sauce without having to wash pot or pan (and yes, you can serve it in that bowl too). At first, I'm afraid that there could be a problem about boiling pasta in the microwave, the time will be longer or not, and the pasta will come out OK?, After testing, I found out that boiling pasta won't take more time than on the stove, and the texture of the pasta is alright. For anyone who don't have large bowl for boiling pasta, you can use short pasta (penne or fussili) or break the Spaghetti in half. The amount of the pasta will depend on how hungry you are, hehe, for me 70g per person is enough for me.
You can make the meat sauce before time, and warm it, then boil the pasta, so it's very handy dish that you can make it again and again.
