Thick and chewy Chocolate Chip and Chunk Cookies

Well, I miss baking cookies ^^. Actually for me cookie is one of my comfort food.

I got some request about the simple chocolate chip cookies, and I realize that I didn't have the recipe in the blog! I started teaching last month, it's so much fun to meet a lot of people who have the same passion, but I have less time ^^".
So,when I got enough time today, I run into my kitchen and start baking, haha (I know that you miss me and my sweet, right?) I choose this recipe "Thick and chewy Chocolate Chip and Chunk Cookies", because it's so so so easy, and everyone LOVE it.
This cookie is soft and chewy, it's an over size cookie that your eye will pop up when you see it, hehe. I reduce a lot of sugar from original recipe, because I think the cookie will be sweeter from the chocolate chips too. Not too sweet cookie is great, eating a lot of it don't make you feel full up, don't believe me? Let's try it by yourself.

  5. Hi, Vin
If you want your cookie to spread you can reduce the flour to 280-290g.
