The cake is a simple vanilla cup cake, but with a help of strawberry extract, cream cheese frosting and white chocolate, it becomes something special and yes, very sweet to look at too.

Strawberry cube cake
Makes about 7 (depend on the size of your cube)
50g .................................. Butter
80g .................................. Sugar
1 ....................................... Egg
.......................................... A pinch of salt
60g ................................... Crème Fraîche
100g ................................ Cake flour
1tsp .................................. Baking powder
½tsp ................................ Vanilla extract
½tsp ................................ Strawberry extract
Cream cheese Frosting20g ................................. Butter, soft
35g ............................... Cream cheese
40g ............................... Icing sugar
........................................ Fresh strawberries
........................................ White chocolate
........................................Pink, or red chocolate coloring (oil base)
Preheat the oven to 170 °C
Place the baking paper in to 6 cupcake tins.
Sift the flour and baking powder together.
Beat the butter, salt and sugar until light and fluffy, add the vanilla extract and strawberry extract, beat to combine. Put the egg into the butter and beat to combine
Divide the flour mixture into 3, put 1/3 of the flour mixture into the batter, stir with a spatula, when combine, add half of Crème Fraîche, follow with 1/3 of the flour, stir again then add the rest of the Crème Fraîche. Finish with the rest of the flour, mix to combine.
Scoop the batter into the tins.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cake is spring when touch lightly.
Let the cake cool completely.
Crumb the cupcake in a bowl.
Put the frosting in a bowl and mix until combine. Cover the strawberry with the cake and roll into a ball or put into a mold.
Take the cake out of the mold and cover with pink color white chocolate.
