An easy sourdough starter that you can make in only 4 days.
I love it as it can be used in a bread recipe that is rich in sugar and butter.
The first day
Sterilize the bottle and spoon with boiling water.
Pour 30 g of plain yogurt, 30 g of water (boil and let it cool before using), and 30 g of bread flour into the bottle.
The second day
Sterilize the spoon (or small spatula) with boiling water.
Open the bottle and stir the mixture. Clean the side of the bottle.

Open the bottle.
Add 30 g of bread flour, and stir it together.
Clean the side of the bottle.
When the starter becomes double in size, it's ready to use.
You can keep it in the fridge and feed it once a week. Using the same weight of starter, water, and bread flour.
