But the cookie is not boring. There are so many recipes that are called cookies!
Bar cookies, cut-out, soft, etc. It can be different from the one you think ^^.
Lately, I love to make a sable-style cookie is the cookie. It is easy to make and easy to adjust both sweetness and flavor. As we need to refrigerate the dough before baking, we can control the time, and the last one, it can be kept longer than the soft cookie.
This time is an almond cookie. I roasted the almond and processed it with sugar to make roasted almond powder instead of using plain almond powder,
The cookie is more fragrant than a simple almond cookie. As I planned to cover the cookie with sugar, the cookie was not so sweet. You can skip the sugar-covering part if you want.
