Banana Chocolate Cake

I rarely use bananas in my baking lately.

Even the banana cake that I baked very often before, I didn't make it for a year now.
Finally, my mom said to me after she bought a bunch of bananas that she wanted to eat a banana cake, ^^.
But after eating and baking a basic banana cake, we still had a lot of bananas, haha,  so, I turned some of the bananas into a special banana cake.
Well, when I said special, you may think that it will be a complicated or hard-to-make recipe but the fact is this recipe is very easy.
Just put all the ingredients into a bowl and beat them with a hand mixer!! Using a hand mixer is great for this recipe as you can mash and mix the banana with other ingredients.
The special part of this cake is the chocolate that we add to the cake and turn into chocolate ganache because the amount of whipping cream is less it's creamier and it sets faster than the normal ganache.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.

Put the chocolate chips into a bowl and place the bowl over hot water. Stir until the chocolate melts.

Pour the whipping cream into the bowl and stir to combine.

Remove from the hot water and stir until smooth and shiny.

Cover the top of the cake with the chocolate ganache and decorate as desired.
