Tear-and-Share Garlic Cheese Bread

Garlic bread is one of my family's favorites ^^

I have to make it quite often, and because of that I always try to make some adaptations each time (as I don't like to make the same recipe again and again, haha). It's fun to make something new and it's more fun when it's delicious.

So, from simple garlic bread, this time I turn it into garlic cheese-filled bread. Bake it in a load of garlic butter, my sister said that this bread is like frying the dough in the butter than baking it, ^^.
I bake this bread in a pan into the Tear-and-Share bread, so the inside of the bread is softer than an individual bun. If you want the cheese to be gooey serve it while hot or warm the bread slightly before serving.
