Raisin Buns

I really love making bread ^^.

From only one kind of dough, you can make many kinds of bread with a lot of variations.
This time, I made raisin buns.
Actually, you can use more raisins if you want to, but this amount is easy to knead (because a lot of raisin will damp the dough and it can cut through the dough too).

You can use orange juice or water instead of the rum, because the alcohol will go after heating it, so the only thing that you will get is the fragrance.
This recipe is very easy to knead, you will get a small batch of the bread that you can finish in 2-3 days.
You can use any kinds of dried fruit that you like, well, I think the best thing that you can get from baking bread by yourself is you can make it the way you want!!!
