My friend wrote a message to me about the reunion project of the Chicken farm Baking's Project.
It's a group of friends that we gathered for making baking projects many years ago. Anyway, the name is Chicken farm, but no one in our group has a farm, haha. Only that we use a load of eggs every month, so we thought that it would be great if we have a Chicken farm.
Each month, we had a host to decide what kind of bake good that we would make and post on our social media under the name of Chicken farm Baking's Project. But as we have so many things to do, this fun project became stop a long time ago.
This time is a special (only for reunion ^^), so we don't have a host but only decided by everyone that we would make cookie and put it in a box, and post it under the name of Chicken farm Baking's Project.
I bought a lot of boxes for this project, but after baking the cookie I found that the wood bento box was the loveliest box for this time, haha.
The cookie that I made was Breton Butter Cookies, a butter and egg yolk loaded cookie, it's very rich and yes very delicious (in my opinion). Baking the cookie in a mold makes the cookie come out of the oven beautifully (exactly the same size in every piece!!!!).
So, this is my Chicken farm Baking's Project: Lovely Cookies in the Box. If you love butter cookies, I think that you will love this cookie too.
