Crumble cookies

Merry Christmas!!!!!!

Wish you happy every day!
For me, I still find my happiness in the kitchen, haha. Making, taking a photo and posting it to share with you on my blog is making me happy.
And today, I have a new recipe, an easy cookie recipe, that if you use soy milk (or nut milk), you can serve it to the people who's allergic to egg and dairy product or people who eat vegan too.
I try to find easy allergen-free or vegan recipes to post on my blog, as I think that eating is one of happiness that's very easy to find ^^. But if you have a restriction on eating, this kind of happiness won't be easy to find. And most of the recipes that I post on my blog used the ingredient that's easy to find and doesn't contain any chemicals. This cookie is another easy recipe, uses the rice bran oil as the base, just mix in the sugar and flour, and you get cute and delicious crumble cookies!!!
If you don't have the same pan like the one that I use just use a 20x20 cm. pan instead.

Crumble cookies
25.2 x 18.8 cm. Pan
(or 20 x 20 cm.)

55 g .................... King Rice bran oil
1/2 tsp ................ Vanilla extract
............................ Pinch of salt
20 g ..................... Granulated sugar
30 g .................... Brown sugar
1 tbsp .................. Milk or soy milk
160 g .................... Cake flour
1 tsp ...................... Granulated sugar, for sprinkle over the cookie

Line 25.2 x 18.8 cm. pan with baking paper.

I use King Rice bran oil.

Put King Rice bran oil, salt, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and milk into a bowl.

 Whisk to combine.

Sift the flour into the bowl.

 Mix to combine.

Then use the tips of your fingers to crumble the dough.

Pour the crumbled dough into the prepared pan.

Lightly press to level the top.

Sprinkle 1 tsp of granulated over the top.
Leave for 20 minutes (at room temperature).
Meanwhile, preheat an oven to  180℃.

 Cut into pieces.
Bake for 25 minutes

Remove from the oven and separate into pieces.

Leave until completely cool.
