Spaghetti Cream salmon

Pasta is very easy to make, you don't need to prepare anything much ^^, and the cooking time is quite short too. 


I think that's the reason why I love to cook with it, and you can create a lot of variation from it too. And this time I made a pasta dish with cream sauce, that can be used with other kinds of meat too. When making the cream sauce, I think the key is flavor and season. Because with a lot of richness in the cream, it can be too much if you don't have anything to cut it down. 
So for this recipe, I suggest using a lot of salt and pepper ^^, well I just can't put the amount of it in the ingredient list as people have different preferences, but a load of salt and pepper really makes this recipe delicious (please trust me, haha). 

For the sauce, as the cream will thicken when it cool, you adjust the recipe to suit your serving time, by adding more water to make the sauce runnier.

Spaghetti Cream salmon 
Serve 2 



160 g ................... Spaghetti

Grilled salmon

1 tbsp .................. Olive oil
2 pieces ............... Salmon
............................. Salt, Pepper

Cream sauce

1 tsp ..................... chopped garlic 
50 ml ................... Milk
120 ml .................. Rich's Gourmet Trio
............................. Salt, Pepper
1 1/2 tsp ............... Dried parsley
20-30 ml .............. Water

Finishing

.............................. Parmesan cheese
.............................. Salt, Pepper






 Boil water in a pan, then adds salt.
Put the spaghetti into the water, and boil for suggested boiling time.


Place a frying pan over medium heat, pour olive oil into the pan.
Place the salmon pieces in the pan, season with salt and pepper.


 Cook until brown on both sides.
Then remove the salmon from the pan.


 I use Rich's Gourmet Trio for this recipe.


 In the same pan, put the chopped garlic into the pan, stir until fragrance.
Pour Rich's Gourmet Trio and milk into the pan, season with salt and pepper.


 Put boiled spaghetti into the pan with dried parsley, stir to combine, add more water if needed.


 Put the salmon into the pan, mix until combine and cook through.


Place the Spaghetti Cream salmon on a plate, sprinkle with a lot of Parmesan cheese ^^ and season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot while the sauce is still creamy!!!!
