I think Taiyaki (たい焼き) is one of strange Japanese snack, ^^ why sweet food comes in fish-shaped, but it doesn't matter as long as it's delicious, right?
For a long time that I try to cook something complicated, made demi-glace sauce from scratch (it took 3 days to make, haha) and etc. that's the time I believed that cooking the best food didn't mean simple.
