When I was very young, my family always got this kind of cookie as a gift.
It came with the wedding, whenever some of my relatives getting married.
When I was a kid, I thought that it's delicious ^^. But after eating and making a lot of cookies I think I want more from it.
I want it to be packed with more lovely butter and vanilla fragrance, and I want the texture of the cookie to be crumby, not hard.
The best thing that you get from baking at home is you can adjust the recipe to get the result that close to the thing that you want. Anyway, I didn't say that it will be the most delicious recipe in the world but it can be the most delicious recipe for you, haha.
And making the thing that you want to eat doesn't mean that it will be hard or you have to spend all your time in the kitchen too.
This recipe is one of the best samples ^^.
All you have to do is adding the ingredients into a bowl of the mini chopper (anyway, you have to add it respectively to get the best result). You can pipe the dough into the desired shape or you can just roll it into a ball (press to flatten it before baking too).
With this super easy method, you will get lovely butter and nutty cookies to enjoy in no time!!!
