Well, there is so much bad news (now in Thailand ^^"), and I don't know how long we have to live with it.
We can only hope and pray that tomorrow everything will be better.
In this situation, when we can't do anything much, baking and eating is the best thing that can help to lift up my mood.
Scone is one of my favorites bake goods and it's very easy to make too. For this scone, you don't need a cutter, just gather and pat the dough, then cut it with a knife.
Because of the blueberry, if you cut the dough with the cutter and recut the dough, it will be too messy. The result can be uneven, but it will be delicious anyway, haha.
You can serve it plain, or with butter and whipped cream to add more richness.

Blueberry White chocolate scones
Makes 6 pieces
200 g ........................... All-purpose flour
1/4 tsp ......................... Salt
2 tsp ........................... Baking powder
2 tsp ........................... Granulated sugar
60 g ........................... Unsalted butter (Cut into 1.5 cm cubes)
110 g ........................... Whipping cream
50 g ........................... White Chocolate
60 g ........................... Blueberry
Finishing
................................... Whipping cream
................................... Granulated sugar
Put the butter into the bowl.
Pour the whipping cream into the bowl.
Mix until a dough forms.
Remove the dough from the bowl.
Press lightly and fold 3-5 times.Press the white chocolate and blueberries into the dough.
Press lightly and fold 3-5 times.
Meanwhile, preheat an oven to 200℃
