Chocolate Chunk Cookies: after Christmas treats

It's almost 10 days after Christmas, but there are load of chocolate in the house, ^^.

You can eat it on it own but too much of it will be boring. Actually, I can't eat a lot of milk chocolate (it's delicious anyway), because after 2-3 pieces it will become too sweet, so mixing it with dark chocolate will make it easier to eat. As I have both kinds of dark and milk chocolate, so making cookie is what I chose.
You can use any kinds or any percentage of chocolate, milk, dark, white, 60%, 70% and etc. as long as you like it (or just because you have it, hehe). This recipe is very, very and very easy to make, no need to use any fancy equipment (even the electronic hand mixer!), you can freeze the cookie dough (shape it, freeze open, then put it in the bag) and keep it for 1 month, defrost at room temp for 2 -3 hours before baking.
