Actually, everything with cheese is Ok for her, haha. Today, I made Gratin, but not the one that you know, (I got an idea from a cookbook), the topping (the white sauce) is not the simple white sauce that made from milk, it made from Cream style golden corn.
I really love it, because the Cream style golden corn has a hint of sweetness, and I love food with a bit of sweet taste.
It's very easy to make, the filling is made by mixing all the ingredients together, and the corn white sauce can be prepared quickly too. The only time consuming part is baking ^^, but it's not a big problem right?
You can serve it with a piece of bread and a bowl of salad for breakfast or dinner, it's delicious at anytime of the day.
