Green Tea Cake

Soft green tea sponge cake with load of whipped cream, it's one of my family favourite.

The cake that my family requested is roll cake, but I just don't want to make this cake into a roll form. Actually, this cake is the roll cake, but we roll it on a plate so it's look like large round cake. I think this is an easier way to make roll cake, haha. You don't have to afraid of cracking, just keep rolling it over, because you will cover it with whipped cream anyway ^^.
Last week, I had to buy new Mac, as my Macbook has to be repaired, so I couldn't do anything. Luckily that I can transfer all the information from the old machine, or I won't be able to post anything (to tell you the truth, I'm not good at using computer -*-), just thinking about installing hardware and software makes me cry, haha.
Well, now everything is back to normal, except that tomorrow the game that I addicted to will have a new event, so if you won't see me posting anything, don't be surprised.

Ps. The green tea powder that I use I bought it from Kyoto, if you wan to know.
