Mixed Berry Smoothie bowls


When talking about eating breakfast, you may say that you don't have enough time.
But there are a lot of recipes, that you can make it in less than 10 minutes ^^. Such as this beautiful and delicious smoothie bowl. All you have to do is putting everything into a blender, and mix them, you can use the frozen fruit straight from the freezer, no waiting time al all.

For the topping, it's your choice, let your imagination run wild, hehe. fresh fruits, nut, seed corn flakes, cookies, as long as you like it you can use it. With this (very easy) breakfast, you won't be able to say that you don't have time. So, let enjoy delicious breakfast together!!!

Recipe: Smoothie Bowls

Mixed Berry Smoothie bowls
Serve 1-2 


Smoothie
300g (2 - 2 1/2 cups) ....................... Frozen mixed berries
125g (1/2cup) .................................. Plain yogurt
60ml (1/4 cup) ................................. Milk
1-2 tbsp ............................................ Maple syrup (or honey)

Topping
.......................................................... Corn flakes
.......................................................... Nuts, seeds
.......................................................... Fresh fruits







 Put all the ingredients for smoothie into a blender.


 Process until fully combine.


 Using the corn flakes, nuts, seeds that you like ^^.


 I use butter caramel and nature mix corn flakes.


Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and top with corn flakes and fresh fruit, enjoy!
