Green Tea Panna cotta

Whenever I go to Japan, one thing that I always buy is Matcha (green tea powder), and now I have load of them packed in my freezer.

I have to use them before it lost its precious fragrance and taste, but as I want to do so many, many thing, making only matcha sweet is not my goal, haha.
After this trip, I fall in love with one more thing, chestnut,  actually I always love it but eating lot of delicious chestnut on this Hokkaido trip, made me love and want to use it more.
This time, I use both of my favorite flavor together, Matcha and chestnut, green tea panna cotta, with chestnut cream. Well, I didn't make the chestnut cream by myself, ^^, and you can use delicious steamed chestnut or marron glacé instead of the chestnut cream too. This little cold dessert is very easy to prepare in advance, so it will be a good option for you home party and yes, you can make double batch to enjoy by yourself too.
