Mixed nuts Brownies: Delicious chocolate brownies, one piece is not enough!

Last week, I really want to eat a slice of brownie, as I said only 1 slice will be enough, but even I want to eat only one piece, I still have to make full recipe,  haha. So all I had to do is finding the smallest recipe (because my sister doesn't like chocolate, so if I make it I have to finish it by myself).

And every time that I want small recipe, Japanese cookbook will be the answer ^^. I found this recipe "Mixed nuts Brownies" in ....................one of my favorite books. I write about this book before, you can see the inside of the book and read about the book,.........
The recipe is very small and very easy to make too (suitable for making for yourself, hehe), all you have to do is melt butter, then stir in other ingredients (plus this recipe use only one bowl, ^^ easy to clean too).
For the nut, you can use any kinds of nut that you like (or have on hand), but I think pistachio is good for adding lovely color to your brownies.
The brownie is good, not too sweet, actually because I use high percentage chocolate, but the choice is yours, as the original recipe calls for semisweet chocolate so you can go on a darker side or milder ^^, but remember that your brownie will be drier if using high percentage chocolate.
I know that I love talk about doing what you want and I still believe in it, because it's the reason why you need to bake your own cookies or cake, right? There is nothing right or wrong as long as you love to eat it that way, and I don't think that anyone will have a right to blame you for making something the way you love.
Like brownies, there are a lot of recipe to try, so, why don't you start baking right now and find the brownie that you will love and only you can make it ^^, it can be this recipe or any recipe that you will make it a future, anyway you will be happy when making it, right?
PS. I try to eat only 1 slice, because I eat a lot of cake and sweet lately, so after cutting the brownie, I have to give all of them to other people, -*- and now I want to eat it again ahh!.
