Sausage cheese bread

I bake bread quite often.

Because my family members love to eat it as a breakfast (or dinner, when we don't want to eat anything much). We always have some kinds of bread in our kitchen. Besides the simple bread such as sandwich bread, bread with ham or sausage is my brother's favorite.
To keep myself happy, I love to adapt the recipe to create something new.

Today's bread is sausage bread, I used a load of cheese, so I wanted to call it Sausage cheese bread ^^.

The texture of the bread is not too soft or too rich, I think it's a good match for the savory filling.
You can use a dough function in the bread-making machine for kneading the dough too, actually, it's the function that I use a lot, as I can do something else while the machine doing the job.

This time I used 13 cm. long sausage (anyway, you can use different types), as it makes shaping the dough easier. Don't forget the line the baking sheet with baking paper or a silicone baking mat, because the cheese and mayonnaise will leak from the dough.
