Sunflower Yogurt Bread

 Bread again! ^^

But this time, it's a healthy kind of bread (the last time was a bread that's packed with butter, egg, sugar, and cream, haha). With whole-wheat flour and sunflower seeds, our bread is high in fiber.
As we grind the sunflower seeds before using them, and with the addition of yogurt, the bread is soft and light in texture.
You can see from the ingredient list that this bread is not sweet, you can use it as a sandwich bread or serve it with food.
I know that many people still think that making bread is not easy, but I really, really want you to try it. It doesn't require much of your time as most of the time that you need for making bread is waiting, kneading needs 10-15 minutes and over-all of the hands-on time is less than 30 minutes! The best thing about making bread is you know what you put into your bread, plus you can make it the way you want to. Most of my bread recipes are easy to knead, so be brave and start kneading, and you will discover that it's one of the most satisfying hobbies!

Fold both sides of the dough into the center.

Roll the dough into an oval ball.

Pinch to seal.

Cover and let it rises for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat an oven to 180℃

Brush with the beaten egg.

Score the top of the dough.
