Strawberry Cheese cream Trifle

 It's almost Valentine's Day, and I know that some of you may still don't know what to make for this lovely event.


I don't think that making something complicating is better than simple thing, hehe, as the most important part of this time is the love that you put into it (ok, forgive me for writing all of this words, but it sounds good right?).
This time, you don't need to put much effort into this beautiful (and very yummy) dessert, for the pound cake, just buy the one that you love to eat (or if you want, making by yourself is allowed, I made it by myself too). The only part that you really need to do is making cheese cream, and it's so easy, by beating and folding that's all.
With this amount, it's enough for 2-4 people depend on the glass that you use (or your hunger), but you can double it easily too. Well, you can make it for your lovely Valentine's dinner, make full recipe, but eating 1 cup of it together with your sweetheart is the best idea. You may ask, what to do with the rest, I suggest keeping for enjoying by yourself the next day, haha.

 Strawberry Cheese cream Trifle
Serve 2-4 people



120 g ............................ Fresh strawberry
10g ............................... Granulated sugar
95 g .............................. Cream cheese
45 g .............................. Icing sugar
100 g ............................ Whipping cream
2 slices ........................ Pound cake
..................................... Fresh strawberry for decorating







 Hull the strawberry and cut into 1 cm pieces.
Mix with granulated sugar, and leave for 20 minutes.


 Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the icing sugar.
 Beat to combine.


 Whip the whipping cream.


 Put 1/3 of the whipped cream into the cream cheese bowl, fold to combine.


 Pour back into the whipped cream bowl.


 Fold to combine.


 Cut the pound cake into 2 cm pieces.


 Put pound cake pieces, strawberry, and cream into 2-4 cups.


Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
