Breakfast Yogurt Feta Pide

Pide is one kind flatbread in Turkish cuisine.

A pizza-like dish where the filling is placed on the (often boat-shaped) dough before baking (information from Wikipedia). You can have it at any times of day ^^, but for me the best time to eat it is in the morning with a cup of delicious coffee.
Actually, I bake a lot of bread lately, most of them are sourdough bread, it's fun to play with it, but I sill didn't post any recipe of them in my blog yet. There are many things to learn and I still need more time to master it.
So, rather than learning, it's great to bake simple bread from time to time. Using instant yeast is good when you don't have so much time (and patient, haha), as it will be easy to manage the time. Plus this recipe is very easy to make, with all purpose flour, it's easier to knead too. Adding yogurt into the dough, your pide will have slightly tangy taste, well its not the same as the sourdough but it's quite delicious too.
For the filling, you can put anything that you want into it just play with your imagination! Cheese, vegetable, or etc. as long as you don't overflow the bread, haha.
