Simple dessert: Panacotta

I spent my last week with 1 kilogram of butter ^^. Well, I just tried to make croissant and Danish pastry as I wanted to test the baking temperature and time when using new oven.

Because each oven acts differently, when using new or unfamiliar oven testing it is the best thing to do. Now I understand them (I have 2 new ovens) more ^^, but I still have to try new things and new recipes with them so I can bake better.
When making something with a lot of time, I become bored, haha. So I want to make something easy and quick instead (plus delicious too). Panacotta is very, very easy to make. You can make it with many kinds of liqour or fragrance. This time my Panacotta comes with Amaretto, but as I said you can use other kinds of liqour, choose the one that you like or have ^^.

Panacotta
Serve 6-8 (depends on the serving glass)

350g ......................... Whipping cream
60g ............................ Granulated sugar
3g .............................. Gelatin sheets
2tsp ........................... Amaretto liquor
................................... Jam or berry sauce for serving

Bloom the gelatin sheets in iced cold water for at least 5 minutes.
Pour the whipping cream into a saucepan.
Place the pan over low heat let it become boil (stir from time to time).
When the whipping cream becomes boil, remove from the heat and pour the sugar into the saucepan, stir to combine.
Remove the gelatin sheets from the water, squeeze lightly then put into the whipping cream, stir to melt. Pour the Amaretto into the pan, stir to combine.
Let the mixture cool before pour into serving glasses.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Put the jam or berry sauce on top of the Panacotta before serving.
