I think that I love to make 2 tones sweet lately (the last post is a raspberry marble cake).
The reason is simple they are cute and more complex in flavor.
Today is a two-tone cookie.
Vanilla & Chocolate, with cream color from vanilla and brown from chocolate, this simple combination is very cute.
This piped cookie recipe is very easy to make, and you can make 3 types of cookies from this recipe, two-tones, chocolate, and vanilla. You can make each of them in different shapes so people will think that you spend a lot of time making all of them, haha.
A simple trick that I use in this recipe is lightly wrapping each of the doughs with plastic wrap, so each of the doughs will be separate from the others. Anyway if you mind you can just put the dough into the piping bag (the downside of this trick is you need more strength to pipe the dough at the start).

Remove 220 g of the cookie dough from the bowl (this will be the vanilla cookie dough).
Sift the cocoa powder into the bowl.
Pour the milk into the bowl.
Mix until fully combined.
Wrap each dough lightly with plastic wrap.
Put into the piping bag fitted with a 1 cm. Star nozzle.
Pipe the dough into a round shape (about 4.5-5 cm.), you will get 28-30 pieces.
Bake for 15-17 minutes in the 180℃ preheated oven.
Let the cookies cool completely.
