Milky Buns

Today, it's a bread recipe (again).

It's easy to make. Because it's not too sweet, you can serve it in many ways, with food such as dinner bread, fill it with a sweet or savory filling, etc.

I never thought that with my new oven (FYI, I bought it by myself, with no sponsor from the brand), making bread is more fun than before. The best function is the bread proofing function, I can set the temperature when rising my dough, haha. Well, if you can control temperature, you will be able to control the time for rising the dough better too.

Anyway, the proofing temperature that I use is 30℃. because I think that even if you don't have the same kind of oven you will be able to get this temperature.

This bread is delicious on its own but you can create a load of variations. Mine is the potato and cream cheese buns, hehe, I cut and fill the bread with cream cheese + mashed potato and pizza cheese, then bake it until brown, oh it's so good!!!
