Easy Chocolate Scones

Today,s recipe is a scone.

But I don't think that easy is the right word for this recipe, ^^ because it's very, very easy, haha.

Most of the time, I use the cutting method for mixing the butter into the flour mixture, but using a food processor is one of the best ways too. All you need to do is putting all the ingredients (step by step) into the bowl and process to combine. And for this recipe, you don't need to chop the chocolate before mixing as the machine will chop the chocolate for you.

You can double the recipe but I like to make small batches (so I can make it often, haha).
I cut the scone into a square with a knife because it contains a lot of chocolate pieces (plus it's easier as I don't have to reroll the scrape) but you can cut it with a round cutter too.
Choose the type of chocolate to suit your taste, I use 66% as I don't want it to be bitter, but you can go for 70% for a deeper chocolate taste or Milk for a milder taste.
