Beware, cute Calico cats are coming!
This time they come as cookies (in three flavors: vanilla, coffee, and chocolate). This thin cookie is both cute and very easy to make too.
By using the mini-chopper, all you need to do is putting the ingredients into the bowl of the chopper ^^. Not only that you don't have to wash a lot of the pieces of equipment, using the chopper has more benefits as it doesn't add too much air into the cookie dough so the cookie will stay in shape beautifully after baking.
I like cats and have a load of cat shape cookie cutters, but you can use dog, bunny or etc., or any shape that you have it will be cute anyway.
