Lemon Honey Agar

Sweet and tangy, this cool dessert is what you need something to freshen you up.

Because most of my work has to be done before the middle of each month, I'm very busy right now (you can see that I rarely post new blogs lately). But nothing can keep me from making delicious food, ^^ any way I can make only a very easy menu, haha.
And this cool dessert is my answer, all I have to do is boiling it, nothing more than that. Agar-agar is very easy to use and you don't have to keep it in the fridge all the time. It sets at a higher temperature than gelatin (around 35-45°C). After it becomes set, you don't have to afraid that it will lose its shape, so it's good when the temperature is very, very hot.
Cut the agar-agar into small pieces and keep in the fridge, and enjoy this fresh taste whenever you want.
Note: If you're too lazy to make Lemon in syrup, you can use 50 ml of water and 50 g of the sugar instead of 100 ml of lemon syrup.
